Everyone have their own ideas, but our environment and knowledge to protect own IP is limited, we are worry ideas being stolen that's why do not dare to share ideas to other people, It create a self contain environment which is worst for entrepreneur.

Those who not dare to share their idea may because they only have the idea. Idea will always an idea if without execution. Since everyone have their own ideas the chance some may have the same idea as well, it is the execution make them different. By the way, I think brilliant idea does not owned by anyone and cannot be an IP also until it is executed.

correct, that's what the point means, everyone ideas is not same, but combining ideas make it unique and strong, those who not dare to share idea is always within everyone, is just a matter when and who you to decide to show the idea to, share ideas is brilliant to make a better world, problem is how to make them feel great to share idea to everyone?

We made this mistake at very beginning, assumed what we were doing is the best product. What we paid for is spending almost a year to develop a product which no one want to buy. Talk to everyone and do market validation first before you start developing.
Ideas are cheap. Execution is the key.

Ideas are not cheap. Contrary, it is very expansive. So expensive that it should be carefully ration. The key characteristic of idea is that it spread. So, a controlled spread is always preferred to uncontrolled spread. Like a virus, try not to get too much attention is part of the strategy, take out the first few key users, then start moving fast.

A good executor can make a normal idea (proven traditional business model, just move it online ex. Jobstreet, iProperty, Food delivery etc) become a great business; An awesome idea (very innovative, the first one in the world) run by a bad executor will become a non-sustainable business.

There is ranking.

Normal Execution * Normal Idea = Normal Value
Normal Execution * Great Idea = Good Value
Great Execution * Lousy Idea = Normal Value
Great Execution * Great Idea = Great Value

Good point, that's why all this agency or organisation come in to help entrepreneur on getting more knowledge and resources to grow the society, we cant evaluate anyone is good or bad executor, and we cannot expect good executor have a great idea, idea coming from everywhere, children mostly, but as people grow, most people creativity become realistic.
Startup isn't easy, idea and dream also not simple to hold it back as you grown. you cant just tell people your idea is suck just because you cannot evaluate it, no body can. what silicon valley have is the spirit which many people lack of. Do not accuse someone dream is bad or impossible, otherwise you wont have all these technology now.

We try not to judge for the first 30 minutes before we understand people ideas and ability. Once we comprehend things, we should be frank and honest. We will not confuse bad is bad and take it as another word. If things is half baked cake, then it is half baked cake. I got my fair share of making half baked cake, expiring cake and now even baking a cake.

So, we don't tell ever our idea is suck. But we can differentiate whether things smell good or not. Thanks my team for reminding me there is such thing called "cake". We must shallow our "cake" or else we won't be able to comprehend anything.

To the people out there, if someone tell you your ideas or execution sucks, it means A) You did a good job to reach out; B) People cared for you. Now take care of bad news and move forward. The worst news we can get is no news at all.
