Fished one from MNC. Boring enviroment quoted.
Try to get advice from an experience veteran. Knowledge dictates we can register company, but experience dictates what we can do with it. Once the company registered, we will need to keep a set of documents, formalise the payment and stuff. This need to be taken care of. Try to comprehend the cost of time and focus before thinking it in term of monetary.
How do we define success. This is the right question. Reuben once told me, when you are not achieving your goal, you have failed There is no in between. If the overall goals is to create "Google, Facebook" type of enterprise (that can catch eyeballs and jump start the whole ecosystem), obviously we are failing (not failed yet, time frame problem).

The even critical question is, will this place tolerate moderate success or to support spectacular ones although it might no seems so in the first place? And, another critical question is, is our presently successful startups enjoying their time here or they succeeded without even any helping hands which is an alarming question cause there is no useful helping hand at all? I seen people claiming credits while back then the hero is suffering without any help. Success have thousand mothers, failure is an orphan.

This is my experience about hiring. Hiring... depends on what stage you are. My partner reminded me every first is an important one. Our first office, our first user, our first customer, our first employee. Getting the first right will always opens up more leads.

As you guys know, our application to XXX is finished. We are not granted anything. But in my heart, I would like to say a few words. This is not the end, not even the beginning of the end. Instead, this is a new beginning where we are finally freed to pursue anything. Let not be tied by our past, move forward to our future, and enjoy these present moments as we find our path to enlightenment.

Indeed, the new path has opened up. Forget about grants. Getting things done is more important.

You need to listen.Tony Robbins motivational talks (I never been there) is only as good as "god help those who help themselves".

I have ex-team mates who been to his talks. Nothing changed, at least for the startups. I often wonder, is leader born or nurture, maybe born to nurture or nurture to born? Well, all that matters is how you define your hardship is endure, along with your strength and calling to tell people to endure.
hmm, frankly, if your team aren't committed to have a LLC despite they can afford to do so, is a big signal your team is in trouble. LLC is signalling you are serious, they are serious, and they might not want to disappoint you.
